Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to- end recruitment and support our hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle end-to-end recruitment process
● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
● Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
● Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
● Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
● Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
● Achieve hiring targets within timelines
Requirements:
● Graduate or MBA (HR preferred)
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Good understanding of recruitment process
● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
● Basic knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
