Blue Collar Recruiter

Location: Baramati
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Qualification: BBA / MBA (HR) / MSW (HR Specialization) / Any HR-related qualification

Job Responsibilities

• Source and recruit blue-collar candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp, references, and field recruitment.

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

• Coordinate interviews and ensure timely candidate joining.

• Handle bulk hiring and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

• Maintain recruitment MIS reports and candidate database.

• Collect, verify, and maintain KYC documents (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Details, Educational & Experience Documents).

• Handle ESIC registration, employee onboarding, and resolve ESIC-related queries.

• Coordinate employee documentation and joining formalities.

• Support attendance, leave management, and recruitment-related administrative work.

• Assist in transportation, canteen, uniforms, housekeeping, stationery, office maintenance, and time office activities.

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for manpower requirements.

• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and documentation.

Required Skills

• Experience in Recruitment & Selection, preferably Blue Collar/Bulk Hiring.

• Knowledge of ESIC registration, employee documentation, and KYC verification.

• Basic understanding of HR operations and onboarding.

• Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Email Drafting.

• Ability to work under targets and meet hiring deadlines.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
