Job Description – HR Recruiter

Position: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and other channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.

• Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.

• Achieve monthly recruitment targets.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

• Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring techniques.

• Ability to use LinkedIn and job portals effectively.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Preferred Candidate

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.

• Candidates from recruitment consultancy or corporate HR backgrounds are preferred.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.
