Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, candidate coordination, employee communication, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.

• Source candidates through Job Hai, LinkedIn, Naukri, WhatsApp, and other recruitment platforms.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial candidate calls and schedule interviews.

• Coordinate with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.

• Follow up with selected candidates regarding joining.

• Handle onboarding and joining formalities.

• Maintain candidate and employee records.

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations.

• Coordinate with management and departments for manpower requirements.

• Maintain proper recruitment and HR documentation.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong candidate handling and follow-up skills.

• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good convincing and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• HR / Recruitment experience preferred.

• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations are preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
