Recruiter

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical (IT) and non-technical (Non-IT) positions. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in HR with comprehensive training provided!

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements for various IT and Non-IT roles.

• Source potential candidates through job portals (like Job Hai, Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine), social media, and professional networks.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule final rounds.

• Follow up with candidates until onboarding.

• Maintain and update candidate databases.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 0 to 1 Year (Freshers are welcome!).

• Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA in HR is a plus but not mandatory).

• Assets Required: Must own a functional Laptop/PC and a Mobile Phone with a stable internet connection.

• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, good negotiation skills, and a quick learner.

Work Conditions & Salary:

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Remote (Work from Home).

• Training Period: 15 Days of initial training will be provided to help you understand the recruitment process.

• Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month (Note: Salary will officially start after the successful completion of the 15-day training period - for freshers).
