We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned roles.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates for feedback and offer roll-out.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet hiring targets within defined timelines (TAT).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle.
Experience in sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment metrics.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
