To undertake Primary & secondary research for industry trends • To write / create reports, process flowcharts, questionnaire, policy manuals etc. • To Collect data & carry out data analysis & interpretation • Coordinate with Leads during Data collection, HR Surveys, HR Audits, JD Preparation, TNA, and Assessment Centers etc.
Preferred prior experience of 2-4 years in Generalist HR.High Proficiency in MS-Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).Excellent Written & Verbal English Communication skills
