About the Role

Acadecraft is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in blue-collar recruitment and prior experience in the security services industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring security guards, security supervisors, field staff, and other blue-collar personnel.

The candidate should be proficient in bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, joining follow-ups, and maintaining recruitment records. The ability to manage high-volume hiring requirements and close positions within defined timelines is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and frontline positions.

• Handle bulk hiring requirements for security guards, security supervisors, field officers, and other security personnel.

• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, local recruitment networks, walk-in drives, field sourcing, and other relevant channels.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of suitable candidates for current and upcoming vacancies.

• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and timely joining.

• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.

• Ensure proper recruitment documentation and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Mandatory experience in blue-collar hiring and recruitment within the security services industry.

• Hands-on experience recruiting security guards, security supervisors, field staff, or similar frontline personnel.

• Experience in bulk hiring, mass recruitment, and managing urgent manpower requirements.

• Strong knowledge of local sourcing channels, job portals, referrals, and walk-in recruitment drives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with prior recruitment experience in security agencies or security services companies will be preferred.

• Experience in handling high-volume frontline and field-level hiring.

• Candidates based in Delhi NCR will be preferred.

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given preference.
