We are looking for a Recruiter to join our internal Talent Acquisition team and manage hiring for Non-IT positions, ranging from entry-level to senior-level roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end internal recruitment for Non-IT positions.

• Understand and coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify hiring demands and manpower requirements.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, databases, and other sourcing channels.

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.

• Conduct initial telephonic screening and coordinate candidates for interview rounds.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and candidates, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.

• Follow up with stakeholders for interview feedback and next steps.

• Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

• Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.

• Coordinate offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.

• Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements.

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly hiring updates.

• Achieve defined sourcing, interview, offer, and joining targets.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Candidate Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment/sourcing, preferably in internal hiring.

• Hands-on experience in Non-IT recruitment across entry, mid, and senior-level positions.

• Strong sourcing skills with experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work closely with multiple internal stakeholders and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong candidate engagement and closure skills.

Work Location: Mayur Vihar Extension, Delhi

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
