Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Assistance: Help post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with the recruitment process.
Employee Onboarding: Assist with preparing onboarding materials, coordinating new hire documentation, and facilitating the induction process for new employees.
HR Documentation: Support the HR team with maintaining and updating employee records, files, and HR documentation.
Attendance and Leave Management: Assist with tracking employee attendance, leaves, and work schedules in accordance with company policies.
Payroll Support: Assist with data entry for payroll processing and help ensure accuracy in attendance and leave records.
Employee Engagement: Help organize employee events, activities, and wellness initiatives to enhance team morale and workplace culture.
HR Reporting: Assist with preparing HR reports related to attendance, employee engagement, performance, and other HR metrics.
Qualifications:
Graduated Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. (BBA/BBS/MBA-HR/PGDBM)- Percentage criteria 80% an above.
Strong interest in Human Resources and career development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
