Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Croma Campus Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Placement Coordinator to support and manage placement activities for students and professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to build relationships with recruiters and ensure successful candidate placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate placement activities and drive hiring opportunities for candidates.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and corporate partners.

• Schedule and manage interviews, placement drives, and recruitment events.

• Assist candidates with resume preparation, interview scheduling, and job application processes.

• Follow up with employers and candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.

• Maintain placement records, candidate databases, and recruitment reports.

• Share job openings with eligible candidates and ensure timely communication.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure candidate readiness for interviews.

• Achieve placement targets and contribute to overall placement success.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong coordination and relationship management abilities.

• Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Placement Coordination, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.

• Experience in the Education, Training, or EdTech industry will be preferred.
