Recives Deliveries - Accept and sing the courier deliveries or any kind of packages and send to the respected individuals. schedule Appointments - Asist in scheduling appointments and meeting , ensuring conference rooms are reserved when needed. Maintain Records - Keep records of visitour and deliveries in ms excel and maullaly also in a register. Assist with Administravtive tasks - Provide Administrative support to various depertments , such as date entry when needed. Maintains starionary and medicines. Maintain Reception area - maintain the reception area clean and organized. Sales entry in software (Delhi,Mumbai branches) Customer details statment Provide informations-answer general inquries about the company about its services and products.  Attendence Record Onboarding New Employee to biometric Machine
