We are looking for a Payroll Executive to join our team at Vs Manpower Solutions to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for processing employee payroll, maintaining attendance and salary records, ensuring compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, and labor laws, handling employee payroll queries, and generating payroll reports. Supports HR operations, employee onboarding/offboarding, and maintains accurate employee data in HRMS/payroll systems. Requires good knowledge of payroll processes, MS Excel, and HR compliance.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is a Graduate degree & education completed from CBSC Board, with 1–3 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, knowledge of resume databases, and expertise in candidate sourcing techniques. Sound judgment and decision-making abilities are essential. Applicants must be willing to work 6 days a week.
