Job Description
Systematic Group of Industries is looking for a Payroll Operations Executive with hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing. The candidate should have managed payroll for 1,000+ employees and possess strong knowledge of payroll operations and statutory compliances. Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 1,000+ employees.
• Process monthly salaries, attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions. • Handle payroll inputs and ensure timely salary disbursement.
• Manage statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and related filings.
• Process Full & Final Settlements (F&F) and employee exit formalities.
• Prepare payroll MIS reports and maintain payroll records.
• Resolve employee queries related to salary and payroll.
• Coordinate with HR and Accounts teams for payroll-related activities.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in payroll operations.
• Desired Candidate Profile • Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in Payroll Operations.
• Experience handling payroll for 1,000+ employees is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in Spine Software is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and payroll compliances.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll reporting.
