This is a full-time on-site role based in Bangalore for a Human Resources Operations Specialist. The role involves managing daily HR operations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, supporting employee relations, and ensuring smooth HR management & Monthly Payroll. The specialist will also oversee compliance with organizational guidelines and contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture.

Descriptions

Strong expertise in HR Operations Human Resources processes & Payroll
Proficiency in Employee Relations and resolving workplace concerns effectively
Knowledge of HR Management practices and implementation of HR frameworks
Familiarity with the development, implementation, and compliance of HR Policies
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in retail or fashion industry HR is a plus
Strong Knowledge in Payroll
