Payroll Management
Manage end-to-end payroll processing (monthly/bi-weekly) ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Validate attendance, leave records, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions
Handle payroll inputs, final settlements (F&F), and off-cycle payments
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements
Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and reconciliation
Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.)
Manage timely statutory filings and returns
Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and consultants
Stay updated with changes in labor laws and implement necessary updates
Education
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Commerce, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR or Finance (preferred)
Experience
3–10 years of experience in payroll and statutory compliance
Experience handling large employee base preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
Proficiency in payroll software and HRMS systems
Advanced Excel skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
