We are looking for a Payroll Executive to join our team. to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of 15K-20K and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Maintain employee payroll records, including attendance, leave, reimbursements, deductions, and salary revisions.
Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other payroll-related filings.
Resolve employee payroll queries and coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll reconciliation.
Generate payroll reports, MIS, and support audits by maintaining accurate payroll documentation.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is BBA/MBA in HR or related firld and 1-4y. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days.
