Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Payroll Executive to manage day-to-day payroll activities and ensure accurate and timely salary processing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, employee attendance, statutory deductions, and payroll-related documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees.

• Collect and validate attendance, leave, overtime, LOP and other payroll inputs.

• Calculate salaries, deductions, incentives, bonuses, reimbursements and other components.

• Prepare and distribute monthly salary slips/payslips.

• Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, PF, ESI and other payroll matters.

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee payroll records.

• Handle PF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), TDS and other statutory deductions/compliances.

• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs, validations and salary disbursement.

• Assist in Full & Final Settlement (F&F) calculations for exiting employees.

• Prepare payroll MIS reports and reconciliation statements.

• Ensure timely updating of new joiners, exits, salary revisions and employee master data.

• Support payroll audits and maintain necessary payroll documentation.

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.

• Work with payroll software/HRMS and maintain accurate payroll data.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
