Location : Velachery.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across various departments, ensuring timely and quality hires.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the hiring requirements for various non-IT roles.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.

• Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts and onboarding.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven work experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or similar role.

• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within deadlines.

• Experience in bulk or volume hiring is a plus (if applicable).

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
