• Job Description (JD) –

• Key Roles & Responsibilities

• 1 Manage end-to-end employee payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.

• 2 Upload daily employee attendance in the designated communication group.

• 3 Assist in monthly payroll processing for staff, operators, and other employees.

• 4 Handle client compliance documentation and coordinate with clients for statutory and payroll-related requirements.

• 5 Update monthly performance review forms, KPI records, and payroll-related data in the ERP system.

• 6 Verify manual attendance records, leave applications, and employee requests before updating them in the ERP system.

• 7 Conduct monthly site visits and submit operational observations and attendance reports.

• 8 Coordinate with operators and site employees to resolve salary-related queries and other HR concerns.

• 9 Maintain payroll records, attendance reports, MIS, and all related operational documentaion.

• 10 Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of payroll and day-to-day HR operations.

• 11 Perform additonal HR, payroll, and operational responsibilities assigned by the management.

• 12 Review employee overtime records as and when required and ensure accurate payroll processing.

• 13 Resolve site-wise salary issues and complete salary verification before or by the 3rd of every month.

• 14 Coordinate and support month-end programs, employee engagement Activities, and company events.

• 15 Prepare the cash salary sheet and submit it before the 5th of every month.

• 16 Other HR Activities.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and attendance management

• Good understanding of labour laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance

• ERP/HRMS proficiency

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills

• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Effective communication and employee coordination skills

• Time management and ability to meet strict payroll deadlines

• Confidential handling of payroll and employee information
