Operations Manager

We are looking for an "Operations Manager" to join our team at Manoshanti Mental Health Care, Bangalore to manage the operations of the clinics. The tasks include handling day to day operations, troubleshooting, B2B interactions to set up new collaborations, taking patient/client feedback, resolution of complaints, coordinating interviews and meetings, updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers a salary of 40000 - 50000 per month and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operations

• B2B interactions, business development

• Taking patient/client feedback

• Resolution of complaints and troubleshooting

• Coordinating the hiring process for new staff

• Create and update job descriptions.

• Screen resumes, schedule interviews

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is MBA and at least 2-3 years of experience in a management/administrative role. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
