Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to handle daily office operations, customer coordination, and service scheduling for our AC service business. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between customers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries
Schedule AC service, repair, and installation appointments
Coordinate with field technicians and assign daily jobs
Maintain customer database and service records
Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat service
Manage billing, invoices, and basic accounts records
Track daily service reports and update management
Handle basic office administration tasks
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Customer handling skills
Ability to coordinate with field staff
Preferred Qualifications
12th pass / Graduate
Prior experience in service industry (AC, appliance, or maintenance business preferred)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
