We are looking for a Human Resource & Client Coordination Manager to join our team Akhildev IPR and Research Services LLP to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary up to 35000 and growth opportunities subject to successful completion of assigned task.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Duties
Lead recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
Manage HR documentation, employee records, and compliance.
Support onboarding and supervision of interns from engineering, polytechnic, finance, and related domains.
Coordinate performance reviews, benefits tracking, HR paperwork, and attendance records.
Help maintain HR policies, staff engagement programs, and a positive workplace culture.
Client Coordination Duties
Communicate regularly with existing clients to track project progress.
Provide timely updates to clients and internal teams regarding work status.
Assist in resolving basic client queries and flag complex issues to senior management.
General Support
Provide administrative support and execute tasks as per company instructions.
Help ensure internal communication flows smoothly.
Assist senior leadership with HR and client projects.
Job Requirements:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage confidential information.
Comfortable interacting with management, staff, interns, and clients.
Preferred:
Prior HR experience or client handling exposure.
Experience working in small teams or fast-paced environments.
