Trainwell is looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing positions across multiple roles.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Source candidates using job portals, social media, references, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
Schedule and manage interviews and follow-ups
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
Manage offer roll-out and onboarding coordination
Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Support HR operations and employee engagement activities when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of hiring portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.)
Ability to work on multiple roles simultaneously
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
