Assist in the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation in an organized manner.
Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees and interns.
Coordinate with different departments for manpower requirements and hiring updates.
Help in drafting offer letters, internship letters, experience certificates, and HR emails.
Assist in employee engagement activities, training sessions, and team coordination.
Handle basic HR operations such as leave management and employee database updates.
Support performance tracking and feedback collection processes.
