HR Executive – Fresher

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive – Fresher to join our HR team. The candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, recruitment coordination, and employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.

• Collect and verify employee documents and maintain HR records.

• Assist with attendance, leave, and employee master data.

• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.

• Support recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.

• Maintain and update HR trackers and MIS reports.

• Assist with BGV, exit formalities, and full & final documentation.

• Coordinate with payroll teams for monthly payroll inputs.

• Maintain employee files and ensure documentation is complete for audits.

• Prepare HR letters, certificates, and other employee-related documents.

• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Perform other HR/administrative tasks as assigned.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Good documentation and organizational skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Willingness to learn HR operations and payroll processes.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Basic understanding of HR concepts is preferred.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
