The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and maintaining employee records. The role ensures smooth HR processes and supports the organization in maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, selection).
Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees.
Maintain daily attendance records.
Monitor late marks, leaves, and absenteeism.
Payroll processing.
Address employee queries and concerns.
Handle disciplinary issues as per company policy.
Maintain healthy workplace culture and communication.
Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and experience letters.
Update HR policies and ensure implementation.
Ensure adherence to company rules and regulations.
Monitor statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc. if applicable).
Maintain confidentiality of HR documents and employee information.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
Basic understanding of payroll and attendance systems.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR (Automobile industry preferred).
