We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team Obitel Prime Realtors LLP to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them, admin task, manage payroll and attendance management, administration task,handling employee engagement activities. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
Manage joining formalities and employee On boarding process
Maintain employee records, HR files.
Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, and exit documents
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases
Coordinate payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, deductions)
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Handling employee engagement activities
Help implement HR policies and procedure
Job Requirements:
Laptop & Vehicle is mandatory requirements for this role.
