For a growing agricultural export and manufacturing company like A1 Agro Industries, an HR Manager must balance corporate strategic planning with the operational needs of a diverse workforce, including factory and export staff.
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to lead our human resources department. You will be responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and legal compliance. As we expand our global export of premium agricultural products like Basmati rice, you will play a key role in aligning our workforce with our international business goals
