Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and organizational events.
Assist in learning & development programs and training coordination.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and SOPs.
Manage employee separation, exit formalities, and documentation.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment dashboards.
Maintain confidentiality and provide timely HR support to employees.
