We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)

• Understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions

• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and company career pages

• Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment channels

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

• Negotiate salary and issue offer letters

• Conduct reference checks and background verification

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

• Build and maintain talent pipelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ATS systems

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in bulk hiring or tech hiring (if applicable)

• Knowledge of HR metrics and reporting

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
