HR Executive

Location: Moshi, Pune

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Executive to support day-to-day HR activities, with a primary focus on recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, documentation, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and joining formalities.

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.

• Manage and update attendance, leave records, and HRMS.

• Address routine employee queries and provide HR-related support.

• Assist with day-to-day HR administration and office coordination.

• Support workplace discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.

• Coordinate with employees and internal teams for smooth HR operations.

• Maintain accurate HR data and prepare basic HR reports when required.

Requirements

• 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations.

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

• Comfortable working in an onsite environment.

• Good organizational and follow-up skills.

• Ability to handle multiple HR activities and coordinate with different stakeholders.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS is preferred.
