📌 Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive with an MBA in HR and 1–2 years of experience to support recruitment and employee relations. This role involves close coordination with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and ensuring HR policy compliance.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

✔ Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements

✔ Screen resumes and conduct telephonic & face-to-face interviews

✔ Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups

✔ Conduct reference checks and skills assessments

✔ Maintain strong relationships with internal teams & external partners

✔ Share company, role, and benefits information with candidates

✔ Stay updated on HR policies and employment laws

✔ Coordinate with consultants, colleges & industry bodies

✔ Prepare recruitment and HR activity reports

✔ Conduct exit interviews and documentation

🎓 Qualifications

✅ MBA in HR or related field

✅ 1–2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment

✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills

✅ Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
