HR Executive – Field Recruitment & Hiring

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR Executive to handle the recruitment and onboarding of Field Executives.

Your main responsibility will be to source candidates, screen them, coordinate interviews, follow up, and ensure successful joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Source Field Executive candidates through job portals, WhatsApp, social media, and local channels.

• Make recruitment calls and explain the job role, requirements, and earning opportunity.

• Screen and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews.

• Follow up with candidates until joining.

• Complete basic joining and onboarding formalities.

• Maintain candidate and recruitment records in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Coordinate with the Business Development team regarding new joiners.

• Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets.

Key KPIs

• Qualified candidates sourced

• Candidates screened

• Interviews scheduled

• Successful joinings

• 7/15/30-day retention

• Monthly hiring target achievement

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with calling and regular follow-ups.

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and job portals.

• Energetic, confident, and target-oriented.

• Good convincing and relationship-building skills.

• Prior experience in HR, recruitment, telecalling, sales, or field hiring is a plus.

Important

This role is primarily focused on Field Executive recruitment and onboarding. After joining, Field Executives will be trained and managed by the Business Development team.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹13,000–₹16,000/month
Performance Incentives: Based on successful and retained joinings.
