About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional (3+ years) to manage corporate partnerships, client coordination, and HR-related activities. Candidates with an MBA in HR will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and hiring partners.

• Coordinate internships, placements, MoUs, and training collaborations.

• Understand client hiring needs and support end-to-end recruitment.

• Handle B2B communication, follow-ups, and professional email/WhatsApp coordination.

• Maintain client databases, partnership records, and documentation.

• Schedule meetings, demos, and corporate presentations.

• Support HR activities such as onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations

• B2B coordination and relationship management skills

• Good documentation & email drafting skills

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Any stream)

• MBA in HR is a plus
