Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and management.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
Handle bulk hiring as per company requirements.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
Good convincing and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and candidates.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
(Depending on experience and interview performance)
