Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Dighi, Pune

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles while ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage job postings on platforms like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of HR practices and policies
Hands-on experience with job portals

Salary:
