🔑 Key Responsibilities:

•     Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions

•     Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn) and social media

•     Conduct screening, shortlisting, and initial HR interviews

•     Coordinate with hiring managers for technical interview rounds

•     Handle salary negotiations and onboarding documentation

•     Maintain updated candidate records and hiring dashboards

•     Deliver timely closures in line with client requirements

•     Hands-on experience with Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn sourcing tools

•     Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting

•     Strong communication and interpersonal skills
