Payroll Executive

An HR Payroll Executive manages end-to-end employee compensation, ensuring accurate, timely salary payments, tax deductions, and statutory compliance. Key responsibilities include processing payroll, maintaining employee records, reconciling data, and resolving queries. Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software (e.g., GreytHR, ADP) is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll (attendance, salary computation, deductions, tax compliance) for employees.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, including tax payments (TDS) and statutory contributions.

• Data Management:

  Maintain accurate employee records, including employee payroll records and attendance.

• Employee Support: Handle payroll queries, discrepancies, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Reporting: Prepare and publish monthly payroll dashboards, reports, and financial summaries for management.

• Coordination: Collaborate with finance and HR departments for smooth payroll operations and reconciliation
