Position: HR Recruiter (Non-IT & Healthcare)

Location: Kukatpally (KPHB ) Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: [6 months to - 2 Years]

Salary: 3 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

• Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

• Conduct initial rounds of interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring and lateral positions.

• Employee Onboarding and Orientation

• Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed.

• Conduct induction programs to familiarize employees with company policies, culture, and expectations.

  
  Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in non-IT recruitment and HR functions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
