Role: Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad (Kondapur) - Onsite

Timings: Mon- Sat (8.30am to 05.30pm)

JD:

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT Retail roles

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews

• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups with candidates & hiring managers

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

💡 Desired Skills:

• Strong understanding of Retail Brands

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Time management and multitasking abilities
