HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Assistance: Help post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with the recruitment process.

• Employee Onboarding: Assist with preparing onboarding materials, coordinating new hire documentation, and facilitating the induction process for new employees.

• HR Documentation: Support the HR team with maintaining and updating employee records, files, and HR documentation.

• Attendance and Leave Management: Assist with tracking employee attendance, leaves, and work schedules in accordance with company policies.

• Payroll Support: Assist with data entry for payroll processing and help ensure accuracy in attendance and leave records.

• Employee Engagement: Help organize employee events, activities, and wellness initiatives to enhance team morale and workplace culture.

• HR Reporting: Assist with preparing HR reports related to attendance, employee engagement, performance, and other HR metrics.

Qualifications:

• Graduated Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. (BBA/BBS/MBA-HR/PGDBM)- Percentage criteria 80% an above.

• Strong interest in Human Resources and career development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
