Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and field roles.

Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media platforms.

Conduct interviews, manage databases, and coordinate with clients for hiring needs.

Ensure timely closures of positions while maintaining quality and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years of experience in blue-collar / bulk hiring.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Strong knowledge about Excel word PowerPoint

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
