We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Handle full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with respective departments
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
Negotiate salary and release offer letters
Ensure timely closure of positions
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of recruitment experience (Corporate/Consultancy)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals
Experience in bulk hiring / campus drives
Knowledge of HR operations and onboarding process
Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Strong negotiation skills
