Vision India Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team at the Noida location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment and the ability to manage bulk hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and operations teams to understand hiring requirements
Maintain and update recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate databases
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards

Requirements & Skills:
Prior experience in HR recruitment (bulk hiring experience will be an added advantage)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management

• It is a Full Time రిక్రూటర్ / హెచ్ఆర్ / అడ్మిన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
