As an HR Recruiter, you will drive the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top-quality talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and play a key role in shaping the workforce across multiple projects.

💡 Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing ➝ screening ➝ interviews ➝ offers ➝ onboarding)
✔ Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
✔ Handle bulk hiring, junior–mid level roles, and niche positions
✔ Maintain and update recruitment trackers & MIS reports
✔ Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring needs
✔ Ensure timely closures of open positions
