Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to source and screen candidates effectively, and a passion for connecting the right talent with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements and prepare suitable recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
