· Handle end-to-end recruitment process for restaurant and corporate positions.
· Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and internal hiring.
· Screen resumes and conducts initial telephonic interviews.
· Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
· Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.
· Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
· Coordinate documentation and onboarding processes for selected candidates.
· Ensure timely hiring for urgent operational requirements.
· Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future openings.
· Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
· Coordinate with multiple outlets/locations for manpower requirements.
Ø Requirements
§ MBA degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
§ 2–5 years of experience in HR operations/generalist role.
§ Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, onboarding, and HR documentation.
§ Experience in hospitality/retail/F&B industry preferred.
§ Strong communication and coordination skills.
§ Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
