Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with senior professionals and community members through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and calls

• Support outreach and engagement for executive communities and leadership events

• Manage guest communication, confirmations, follow-ups, and participation tracking

• Assist in planning and coordinating roundtables, private dinners, and corporate events

• Maintain and update databases, trackers, and event sheets using Google Sheets

• Use LinkedIn for research, sourcing, outreach, and identifying relevant professionals

• Coordinate with internal teams on invitations, calendars, event logistics, and guest requirements

• Support on-ground event execution and ensure a smooth guest experience

• Maintain strong relationships with community members and follow up consistently

• Assist with post-event communication, feedback, and engagement

Who We're Looking For

We are open to candidates from different backgrounds, including:

• Freshers with strong communication, coordination, leadership, or community experience

• Recruiters / Talent Acquisition professionals looking to transition into community and event management

• Candidates with 1+ year of experience in events, conferences, community management, recruitment, customer engagement, or corporate coordination

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Strong interpersonal and networking skills

• Good follow-up and coordination abilities

• Comfortable communicating with senior professionals

• Good working knowledge of LinkedIn and Google Sheets

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously

• Willingness to work on-site for events when required
