Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on recruitment experience and strong communication skills to manage the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals and social media.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
